De Vlaamse Maatschappij voor Sociaal Wonen (VMSW) is een Vlaamse openbare instelling (NV van publiek recht) binnen het beleidsdomein Omgeving. Ze vervult een belangrijke rol in de financiering van woonprojecten van initiatiefnemers. Deze bankfunctie omvat het verstrekken van financieringen, beheren van leningen en rekeningen-courant, het faciliteren van het betaalproces, het voorzien in de nodige funding om deze activiteiten te ondersteunen en de correcte boekhoudkundige en begrotingsmatige verwerking van de verschillende stromen.

De VMSW is op zoek naar een partner om de huidige SAP ECC 6.0-omgeving te migreren naar SAP S/4 Hana en het onderhoud ervan op te nemen. Daarnaast zoekt ze een geschikte oplossing voor het beheer van leningen en rekening-courant. Voor beide onderdelen wenst de VMSW een geïntegreerde oplossing die zowel de opzet en ontwikkeling van de applicatie omvat alsook de hosting ervan.

Het is essentieel dat de gekozen oplossingen niet alleen voldoen aan de functionele en niet-functionele eisen, maar ook naadloos aansluiten bij onze infrastructuur en in staat zijn mee te groeien met toekomstige schaalbaarheidsbehoeften.
