De opdracht zal opgedeeld worden in volgende percelen: Perceel 1 “Personen” Perceel 2 “Patrimonium en materiële schade” Perceel 3 “Aansprakelijkheid” Perceel 4 “Vloot” Perceel 5 “hospitalisatieverzekering” ten behoeve van Zorgpunt Waasland en Welzijnsvereniging Sleutelzorg Temse. Het verzekeringscontract zal aanvangen op 1 januari 2026 om 00:00 voor een vaste looptijd van minstens 1 jaar die gevolgd kan worden door jaarlijkse stilzwijgende verlengingen tot uiterlijk 31.12.2030. Deze opdracht is dus vier maal verlengbaar met telkens één jaar.
Deze verlengingen zullen stilzwijgend zijn, behoudens een opzeg door één van de partijen met een minimale opzegtermijn van 9 maanden. Op het einde van de maximale termijn van 5 jaar moet geen opzegging gebeuren. De opdracht eindigt van rechtswege op 31 december 2030.
