Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt, eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Softwarelizenzen (xMatters) des Herstellers Everbridge (Miete) inkl. Softwarepflege und Support (als Subscription-Modell) sowie dazugehörige softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen in Höhe von ca. 2.259.019,40 Euro (Obergrenze: ca. 3.388.529,10 Euro) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen.
Die Vertragslaufzeit setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:
- die Grundlaufzeit über 24 Monate sowie
- den Optionszeitraum inkl. einseitigen Recht auf Seiten des AG die Rahmenvereinbarung zweimalig über jeweils 12 Monate zu verlängern
