Zorgpunt Waasland wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met een dienstverlener die zal instaan voor volgende service in de serviceflats (SF) en gemeenschappelijke assistentiewoningen (GAW) van Zorgpunt Waasland :
- de verhuur, installatie en onderhoud van personenalarmsystemen (PAS)
- de permanentie van het noodoproepsysteem en het beantwoorden van oproepen 7/7 en 24/24 van gebruikers
- het verlenen van ciris-en overbruggingszorg.
In totaal gaat het momenteel over 163 flats waar de dienst uitgevoerd dient te worden. De looptijd van deze overeenkomst wordt voorzien voor een periode van 48 maanden die daarna stilzwijgend verlengbaar is tot maximaal 84 maanden.
