Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die technische Konzeption, Umsetzung, Überarbeitung und Gestaltung von webbasierten Blended-Learning-Einheiten für Lehrkräfte und pädagogische Fachkräfte im Rahmen des vom Bund geförderten Startchancen-Programms. Hierzu zählen die Anpassung bestehender E?Learning-Einheiten aus den Programmen BiSS, BiSS-Transfer und SchuMaS an ein neues Programmdesign sowie die technische Umsetzung neu zu entwickelnder Einheiten im Kompetenzzentrum Sprachbildung des Mercator-Instituts.
