Description
Die Gemeinde Schonungen beabsichtigt den Neubau ihres Bauhofes auf einem gemeindeeigenen Grundstück im Ortsteil Marktsteinach an der Staatsstraße ST2266 / Einmündung Kreisstraße SW24. Die vorläufigen Gesamtkosten (KG 200 – 700) belaufen sich nach einer ersten Kostenschätzung auf ca. 6,7 Mio. € brutto. (12/2024) Es ist beabsichtigt Fördermittel zu beantragen.
Entsprechende Mittel (z.B. KfW oder Solar) sollen im Rahmen der Planungsphase gemeinsam mit dem AG untersucht werden. Es wurden bereits Planungsleistungen nach HOAI Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume erbracht.
Eine Machbarkeitsstudie einschl. Kostenprognose liegt vor. Der AG geht davon aus, dass mit den vorliegenden Unterlagen die LPH 1 abgeschlossen ist.
