Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens war, die/den im Zuge des Vergabeverfahrens ermittelten BestbieterIn mit der Erbringung von Teil-Generalunternehmerleistungen zur Neuerrichtung eines Bürogebäudes plus eines Technikums am Standort Franz-Pichler-Straße, A-8160 Weiz zu beauftragen. Die Teil-GU-Leistungen umfassen ein Leistungspaket mit voraussichtlich folgendem Leistungsumfang: Baumeisterarbeiten, Zimmermeisterarbeiten, Spengler, Dachdecker, Fassade, Fenster, Sonnenschutz, Dachbegrünung. Die Auftraggeberin hat demnach mit der in diesem Vergabeverfahren ermittelten Bestbieterin den Leistungsvertrag abgeschlossen.
Die europaweite Bekanntmachung des zugrundeliegenden Vergabeverfahrens wurde unter der Veröffentlichungsnummer 99507-2026 veröffentlicht.
