Deze aanbesteding bedraagt de inhuur van een projectleider geluid in zee. De voornaamste werkzaamheden binnen deze functie zullen de technische ondersteuning voor de doorontwikkeling en verwerving van de ATT zijn, in samenwerking met Duitsland.
