Raamovereenkomst Huur en Aankoop van (klas)containers. De huurperiode bedraagt voor elke configuratie minstens 3 maanden.

Indien deze termijn wordt onderschreden, wordt sowieso de minimale huurprijs van 3 maanden betaald. De Stad Gent wil daarenboven ook een tijdelijke huisvesting voor langere periode op site Offerlaan plaatsen, waarbij containerunits zullen aangekocht worden. De exacte locatie op de site is nog niet gekend.
