Gemeente Bronckhorst is voornemens om een Overeenkomst aan te gaan met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering (inclusief het gebruiksrecht), de implementatie, het beheer, het onderhoud en de support van een ICT-oplossing (inclusief koppelingen) voor Burgerzaken voor Gemeente Bronckhorst. Eveneens maakt een conversie van de bestaande oplossingen naar de nieuwe ICT-oplossing deel uit van de Opdracht. De ICT-oplossing bestaat bij voorkeur uit één systeem dat tevens mag bestaan uit een samenhangende combinatie van producten en diensten, maar één Opdrachtnemer en één aanspreekpunt voor de gehele combinatie gedurende de gehele looptijd van de Overeenkomst dient te hebben.
