De opdracht omhelst een dienstverleningsovereenkomst voor de consultancy in de cleanroom projecten van de ziekenhuizen van AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem en Az Glorieux Ronse (samen ZORG) en de ziekenhuizen van AZ Groeninge Kortrijk, Sint-Jozefskliniek Izegem en OLV Lourdes ziekenhuis Waregem. Deze dienstverlening heeft als finale doel de ziekenhuizen correct te begeleiden in het ontwerp en de opzet van de uitbating van 2 PICS conforme, operationele cleanrooms die efficiënt produceren voor meerdere ziekenhuizen, rekening houdend met de optimale zorgprocessen op de betrokken diensten (exclusief de effectieve bouw van de cleanroom). De aanbestedende overheid wenst een leverancier aan te stellen die de ziekenhuizen kan ondersteunen en adviseren in het totale ziekenhuisbrede proces – “end-to-end” van voorschrijven tot toedienen - om zo tot een efficiënt en economisch proces te komen.
