VEB is een extern verzelfstandigd agentschap (EVA) met het Vlaams Gewest. VEB heeft als doel (naast energie-efficiëntie) de prijs/kwaliteit/organisatie van de leveringen van energie aan de Vlaamse/Federale Overheid te optimaliseren. VEB koopt geregeld (maandelijks) energiecertificaten (Vlaams, Brussels, Waals) en garanties van oorsprong (GVO’s) aan in het kader van haar leveringsactiviteiten via een eenvoudig minicompetitie-systeem via e-mail.
Om aan de minicompetities te kunnen deelnemen, dient u eerst geselecteerd te worden na indienen van een offerte. Dit gebeurt via onderhavige raamovereenkomst/procedure.
