De scope van de Raamovereenkomst betreft het variabel onderhoud van de natte infrastructuur (Maas, Maaskanalen, Noord Brabantse en Midden-Limburgse kanalen), in het beheersgebied van Rijkswaterstaat Dienst Zuid-Nederland. Dit betreft het variabel onderhoud in de werkstromen Civiel en Waterbouw (met hierin groen werkzaamheden). Rijkswaterstaat wil een meerjarige raamovereenkomst (looptijd van 6 jaar) met één opdrachtnemer per perceel aangaan, om te komen tot een doelmatige samenwerking van de realisatie van ‘variabele onderhoudsbehoefte’.
Binnen deze raamovereenkomst zullen de diverse onderhoudsopgaven vervolgens worden opgedragen middels Nadere Overeenkomsten. Zie korte omschrijving en omschrijving per perceel.
