Description
De opdracht betreft het preventief onderhoud en de eventuele reparatie van laboratoriumtrekkasten op de verschillende campussen van de Universiteit Antwerpen. Het doel is om de trekkasten veilig, correct en conform hun ontwerp te laten functioneren. Naast het reguliere onderhoud worden ook een aantal veelvoorkomende herstellingen en vervangingen van componenten als afzonderlijke posten voorzien.
We trachten naar de toekomst het onderhoud voor deze trekkasten met een bepaalde frequentie toe te passen. We programmeren het onderhoud als volgt in ons beheerprogramma planon: om de 5 jaar een externe specialisatie controle en onderhoud, en jaarlijks een interne kleinere controle. In deze opdracht vragen we slechts 1x de 5-jaarlijkse professionele controle.
Na deze onderhoudsbeweging door deze opdrachtnemer zal de 5-jaarlijkse opdracht verder worden opgenomen door een groot raamcontract technieken dat in opmaak is bij Departement Infrastructuur UA.
