Die Aufgabenstellung umfasst die Planung und Ausführung der Ertüchtigung des Werkhofs Felsenau. Inhalt der zu offerierende Leistung basiert auf der SIA-Honorarordnung 102 für folgende Teilphasen: -3 Projektierung (31 Vorprojekt, 32 Bauprojekt, 33 Bewilligungsverfahren) -4 Ausschreibung (41 Ausschreibung, Offertvergleich, Vergabeantrag) -5 Realisierung (51 Ausführungsprojekt, 52 Ausführung, 53 Inbetriebnahme) Über die SIA-Leistungen hinaus, wird die Planung und Realisierung in der Methodik BIM vereinbart. Gefordert sind sämtliche Teilleistungen (ausser 31 - Studium Lösungsmöglichkeiten, Grobschätzung Baukosten, ≈ 3.0 %).
