VZW O.L.-Vrouw van Troost wenst in te zetten op vernieuwing van haar ziekenhuisinfrastructuur campus Zele en is daarom op zoek naar het meest geschikte architectenbureau/studiebureau binnen de raamovereenkomst. De nieuwbouw moet onze regionale aanwezigheid versterken. De bouwopgave voor de campus Zele betreft een nieuwbouwproject met als hoofdfuncties : poliklinische activiteit – medische beeldvorming (RX en CT) en low-care dialysecentrum.
Bouwbudget 10 miljoen euro incl BTW incl afbraak hoofdgebouw, incl buitenaanleg en nutsaansluitingen excl prijsherziening en excl honoraria. Ingebruikname gebouw en buitenaanleg tegen eind 2028. Afbraak en buitenaanleg bestaand gebouw volgend op ingebruikname nieuw gebouw Het huidige bouwbudget omvat nieuwbouw – parkeerplaatsen én latere afbraak van de bestaande campus.
