Description
Der medizinisch-pharmazeutische Fortschritt sowie Innovationen in der Medizintechnik haben das therapeutische Spektrum erheblich erweitert. Dies erschwert es den einzelnen Akteuren im Gesundheitswesen zunehmend, ein holistisches Bild des Patienten-status zu erhalten. Da immer mehr Fachdisziplinen am Heilungs- und Linderungsprozess beteiligt sind, steigt das Risiko von Informationsdefiziten, während die notwendige Transparenz oft fehlt.
Durch das Projekt "sichere Arzneimittelversorgung" (sAVe) soll eine digitale Unterstützung als effektives Instrument zur Steigerung der Versorgungsqualität und zur Prävention von Arzneimittelrisiken für die Versicherten der AOK Sachsen-Anhalt geschaffen werden. Das Projekt leistet einen Beitrag zu einer qualitativ hochwertigen, wirtschaftlichen Arzneimittelversorgung und zur Reduktion von Folgekosten.
