Description
Die ÖBB beabsichtigen die Generalsanierung und den Dachgeschossausbau der ehemaligen ÖBB Generaldirektion in der Elisabethstrasse 9, 1010 Wien. Der gesamte Gebäudeblock, bestehend aus 3 Häusern (Elisabehtstr. 7, Elisabethstr. 9 und Operngasse 16) soll zu einem zeitgemäßen Bürogebäude ausgebaut und unter dem Projektnamen "Bürogebäude Schillerhof" geführt werden. Es sollen ca. 17.000m² Büro- /Geschäftsfläche, ca. 800 m² Gewerbefläche und ca. 2.000 m² Lagerfläche entstehen.
Mit gegenständlichem Verfahren vergeben die ÖBB für das gegenständliche Projekt die Generalplanungsleistungen, wobei auf die extern durchgeführte Machbarkeitsstudie aufgebaut werden soll. Die ÖBA-Leistungen sind nicht Bestandteil dieses Vergabeverfahrens.
