Die ggst. Ausschreibung umfasst die ÖBA-Leistungen (aller Baugewerke, sowie TGA und Eisenbahnoberbau - nach LM.VM 2023) für das neu zu errichtende Lager und Hochregallager (Objekte 46+47), die Erweiterung der DANI-Hallen (Objekte 43+44), die Erweiterung der Cateringhalle (Objekt 45), wie die Neuerrichtung des Dehgestelllagers (Objekt 49) wie auch die Verlegung der TGA-Bestandsleitungen sowie die Verlegung der Trafostation. Auch umfasst ist die Neuerrichtung der Außenanlagen sowie des Einfahrtsbereiches samt Portierhaus (Objekt 52) und die Neuerrichtung der Büro und Lagerräumlichkeiten der Anlagenbewirtschaftung.
Weiters umfasst ist der eventuelle Abriss von Objekt 2. Auch alle sonstigen baulichen Maßnahmen welche für diese Neuerrichtungen der zuvor aufgelisteten Punkte/Gebäude erforderlich sind.
