Description
Elia et TenneT, les gestionnaires de réseau de transport d'électricité à haute tension de la Belgique et des Pays-Bas respectivement, recherchent un fournisseur pour la conception, la fabrication et la fourniture de paniers statiques destinés au stockage de câbles offshore (« offshore cable baskets »). Ces équipements seront stockés à terre et utilisés pour le stockage de câbles électriques offshore. Le présent marché est organisé conjointement par Elia et TenneT.
Le soumissionnaire retenu se verra attribuer deux contrats distincts : un contrat avec Elia et un contrat avec TenneT. La procédure de passation du marché est menée par Elia et est soumise au droit belge. Les contrats conclus à l'issue de cette procédure seront toutefois régis par le droit du pays respectif de l'entité contractante concernée.
