Description
Für alle 16 Bundesländer soll ein gemeinsames Fachverfahren für sämtliche Zweige der Justiz entwickelt werden (GeFa). Das Bayerische Staatsministerium der Justiz wurde mit der Federführung des Programms GeFa beauftragt. Die Entwicklung des Programms wird agil durchgeführt werden.
Der Auftraggeber benötigt hierfür weitere methodische und fachliche IT- und Projektunterstützung im Bereich der Anforderungserhebung und Konzeption und der Durchführung von Coaching-Maßnahmen und Workshops für Projektmitarbeiter des Auftraggebers, bei der Qualitätssicherung und der Vorbereitung der Betriebsfähigkeit zum Rollout der neuen Software. Der Abruf von qualifizierten Beratern zur Durchführung konkreter Aufgaben erfolgt in Form von Leistungsabrufen innerhalb eines Rahmenvertrages.
