**GEGUNDE OPDRACHT**Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst waarbij de voorwaarden van de dienstverlening worden overeengekomen die zullen worden in acht genomen bij het uitvoeren van de latere opdrachten. De raamovereenkomst schept een contractueel kader met betrekking tot het vastleggen van de voorwaarden van individuele opdrachten, betreffende het uitvoeren van archeologisch (voor)onderzoek, met als eindresultaat een aktename van de archeologienota door het agentschap Onroerend Erfgoed, die worden uitgevoerd voor Farys, de aandeelhouders/partners van Creat en de deelnemers van TMVS.
