Beschaffungsziel ist der Abschluss eines Leistungsvertrages für einen Managed Printer Service. Dieser basiert auf dem Kauf der Geräte und einem seitenbasierten oder verbrauchsbasierten Abrechnungsmodell inklusive der Bereitstellung von Serviceleistungen, Installation des Druckermanagements, des Pull-Printing, der zentralen OCR, des Report-ing zur internen Verrechnung und der Lieferung von Verbrauchsmate-rialien (mit Ausnahme des Papiers). Als Betriebszeit eines Gerätes wer-den zumindest 5 Jahre mit optionalen Verlängerungen der Serviceleis-tungen angestrebt.

Es ist geplant sämtliche österreichischen Standorte des Auftraggebers in Wien, Niederösterreich und Burgenland inklusive der Zentrale in Maria Enzersdorf mit Multifunction Printer (MFP) aus diesem Vertrag auszustatten.
