Description
Der BLB NRW beabsichtigt die Leistungen des technischen Facility Managements in der Niederlassung Münster für zwei Lose auszuschreiben (siehe auch Datei Verfahrensbeschreibung TFM-Konzept). Dem Dienstleister soll eine Gesamtverantwortung für die ausgeschriebenen Liegenschaften des BLB NRW mit den Leistungen Objektleitung, Betriebsführung, GT-Leistungen, Wartungen/Sachkundeprüfungen (SK-Prüfungen)/Inspektionen und Instandsetzungen bis 10.000 EUR sowie Not- und Störfallbeseitigung übertragen werden. Es werden hohe Anforderungen an das Berichtswesen, an die Transparenz der Leistungs- und Kostenverfolgung, die Qualitätssicherung und die Verfügbarkeit als Objektmannschaft gestellt.
