De onderhoudsintegrator zal diensten verlenen aan de waterwegbeheerder, met betrekking tot drie specifieke activiteiten in de RIS-omgeving:
- Onderhoud en ondersteuning van de RIS omgeving waarbij de kwaliteit en het serviceniveau steeds beantwoord aan de vereisten. Deze vereisten kunnen wettelijk bepaald zijn of kunnen opgelegd worden door de waterwegbeheerder.
- Consultancy, advies en ondersteuning bij specifieke vraagstukken met betrekking tot de RIS-context.
- Uitbouw van de RIS-omgeving, concreet betekent dit naast het aanleveren ook de integratie van nieuwe componenten en toepassingen aak als deze ontwikkeld zijn door andere partijen.
