Beabsichtigt ist in diesem Zusammenhang die Beauftragung von Objektplanungsleistungen gem.

HOAI zur Erneuerung des gesamten Wärmenetzes und der elektronischen Leitungsnetze inkl. Ladesäulen E-Mobilität, der Anbindung einer geothermischen Brunnenanlage sowie Anbindung/Anpassung von Straßenbeleuchtung.
