Het is de bedoeling van de Hulpverleningszone Centrum om met één leverancier een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor een GIS-platform voor de Hulpverleningszone Centrum (en eventueel andere geïnteresseerde zones) gedurende een periode van zeven jaar. De raamovereenkomst omvat als minimumnorm de voortzetting van de huidige functionaliteit van het GIS-platform EmerGISy voor een looptijd van 7 jaar. Dit kan hetzij door de huidige setup over te nemen en te continueren, hetzij door (onderdelen ervan) te vervangen door een nieuwe setup met dezelfde functionaliteit.
Dit omvat (afhankelijk van de situatie kunnen 1 of 2 wegvallen):
- Licenties (huidige en/of nieuwe software)
- Migratie en/of setup van alle vervangende onderdelen
- Correctief / adaptief onderhoud en ondersteuning met inschatting van 10 dagen per jaar
