Ausgeschrieben sind die Leistungen der Gebäudeautomation (MSR-Technik) für den Neubau des Bildungszentrums. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst Lieferung, Montage, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von Schaltanlagen (5 Felder), frei programmierbarer Automationsstationen (4 Stück) sowie umfangreicher Ein-/Ausgangsmodule (ca. 700 Datenpunkte). Weiterhin enthalten sind Kabeltragsysteme und Installationsrohre (ca. 400 m), Kabel‑ und Leitungsanlagen (mehrere tausend Meter), Feldgeräte (u. a. ca. 140 Stellantriebe, ca. 60 Raumgeräte sowie diverse Sensorik und Regelventile), Anschlussarbeiten sowie Potentialausgleich.
Bestandteil sind außerdem Visualisierung, Softwareerstellung, Funktionsprüfungen, Probebetrieb und vollständige Dokumentation einschließlich Einweisung. Alle Leistungen sind betriebsfertig zu errichten und auf eine übergeordnete Gebäudeleittechnik aufzuschalten.
