Description
Die Hauptdachfläche ist ein Flachdach als Holzkonstruktion. Der weitere Dachaufbau erfolgt ab der Notabdichtung des AN Holzbau mittels Wärmedämmung aus Mineralwolle und Abdichtung mit Kunststoffbahnen auf ca. 480 m² zusätzlich Anarbeiten an Attiken, Oberlicht des Atriums und Aufzugsüberfahrt. Einbau und Eindichten von des Dachoberlichts Treppenhaus und Dachausstiegsluke für Wartungsarbeiten.
Installation des Fallschutzsicherungssystems der Hauptdachfläche mit umlaufend ca. 90 m. Herstellen der Dachbegrünung ca. 365 m² inklusive der Unterkonstruktion für die auflastgehaltene PV-Anlage. Des weiteren Herstellen von ca. 40m² Doppelstehfalzdeckung des Vordachs, welches Bestand und Neubau im Erdgeschoss verbindet.
