Het Bestuur wenst voor deze opdracht een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer. De raamovereenkomst heeft als voorwerp het aanstellen van een media agency voor:
- Opzetten en uitvoeren van verschillende digitale en niet-digitale campagnes voor verschillende doelgroepen. Het creatieve luik in de campagnes neemt Odisee grotendeels voor zijn rekening - we zoeken echt voornamelijk performance management op dit vlak
- Optimaliseren en opvolging van SEA-campagnes voor Odisee afgestemd op SEO
- Learnings en inzichten halen uit Google Analytics 4 aan de hand van een correcte tracking vanuit Google Tag Manager.Zij beoogt een kader vast te leggen dat als basis zal dienen voor de gunning van toekomstige afzonderlijke deelopdrachten (bestellingen). De raamovereenkomst doet geen alleenrechten ontstaan in hoofde van de opdrachtnemer. De geraamde opdrachten zijn niet bindend.
