L'objectif principal de la présente étude est d'analyser la faisabilité d'un service d'observation de la Terre de l'Union européenne limité aux utilisateurs autorisés par les pouvoirs publics au niveau de l'UE et des États membres de l'UE pour des applications sensibles dans les domaines de la sécurité et de la défense. Cette initiative est identifiée dans la stratégie spatiale de l'UE pour la sécurité et la défense. Le résultat de l'étude fournira les éléments nécessaires à la Commission pour évaluer les différentes options techniques et programmatiques viables pour le développement futur potentiel et l'exploitation complète de ce service dans le cadre financier pluriannuel de l'UE 2028-2034.

Le marché attribuera jusqu'à 2 marchés d'une valeur maximale de 2 500 000 EUR chacun.
