Die Gemeinde Nohfelden beabsichtigt auf der Basis einer Machbarkeitsstudie den Umbau der Grundschule am Standort Gonnesweiler als 1-zügige Ganztagsschule durchzuführen. Auf der Basis einer ersten Kostenschätzung betragen die voraussichtlichen Kosten für die Kostengruppen 300, 400, 500, 600 und 700 rd. 4,4 Mio. EUR (brutto).
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen der Objektplanung gemäß § 34 HOAI (Leistungsphasen 1-8). Der Neubau wird voraussichtlich mit öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung einzelner Leistungsphasen vor.
Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungsphasen besteht nicht. Im Falle des Abrufs von Leistungsphasen ist der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet, die jeweiligen Leistungen zu erbringen.
