Raamovereenkomst voor toegangscontrole en videofonie installaties omvat volgende opdrachten voor een periode van vijf jaar;
- het preventief onderhouden van toegangscontrole installaties
- het curatief onderhoud van toegangscontrole- en videofonie installaties
- het aanpassen, uitbreiden en plaatsen van nieuwe toegangscontrole- en videofonie installaties
- Het leveren van een bijbehorend cloud software (Software as a Service) voor de toegangscontrole installaties en interne en externe gebruikers te beheren.
Toegangscontrole Het AG Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen heeft momenteel één toegangscontrole systeem en bijbehorende cloud software van het merk Synguard (voorheen Syntegro) waarin 130 locaties worden beheerd. Wij wensen daar graag verder op te werken. Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op de volgende diensten, zoals opgenomen in de Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Toegangscontrolesysteem 42961100-1 Meer details leest u in de technische bepalingen.
Deze overheidsopdracht beoogt het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één deelnemer per perceel. De sluiting van deze overeenkomst doet ten aanzien van de opdrachtnemer geen exclusiviteitsrecht ontstaan voor het uitvoeren van opdrachten zoals omschreven in dit bestek.
