Levering van medicatie: Atosiban Afname in 2023: 5 ml: AZ Sint-Blasius: 177 stuks + Vitaz: 315 stuks 0,9ml: AZ Sint-Blasius: 44 stuks + Vitaz: 95 stuks De op het ogenblik van de gunning overeengekomen verpakking mag naar vorm en inhoud niet gewijzigd worden, tenzij na onderling overleg en akkoord. Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer waarbij alle voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht worden vastgelegd. Het doel van de raamovereenkomst is de levering van geneesmiddelen door de opdrachtnemer op afroep van de aanbesteders gedurende de looptijd beschreven in het bestek.
