Le contrat est un marché public de services ayant pour objet le nettoyage et l'entretien du siège administratif du CM, y compris un bureau du CM, actuellement situé Martelaarslaan 17 à 9000 Gand. Dans le cadre de ce contrat, le pouvoir adjudicateur a l'intention de conclure un marché public avec une partie.
