Description
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss von Verträgen über die langfristige Lieferung von Strom und Herkunftsnachweisen für Strom aus Erneuerbaren Energien (HKN) aus Photovoltaikanlagen (PV-Anlagen) ohne Förderung an den Auftraggeber. Der Auftraggeber vergibt europaweit im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß SektVO. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, mit diesem Verfahren eine Modulleistung von insgesamt bis zu 250 MWp (DC) zu kontrahieren.
Die Lieferungen sollen frühestens ab dem 01.01.2028 und spätestens ab dem 30.09.2028 erfolgen.
