Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor werken en betreft de realisatie van een campusgebouw (nieuwbouw). Naast het realiseren van een nieuwbouwvolume (algemene aanneming van bouwwerkzaamheden) omvat de opdracht ook (niet-limitatieve opsomming):
- Werfinrichting
- sloop
- nieuwbouw: stabiliteit, architectuur, technieken
- omgevingsaanleg rond nieuwbouw
- werforganisatie en -coördinatie van de pilootaannemingen (in Artikel III.1. Algemene kadering van de opdracht wordt toegelicht wat de pilootaanneming omvat)
- coördinatie met heraanleg Salesianenlaan. De Technologiecampus omvat meerdere gebouwen (A, B en D). Het nieuwbouwvolume (gebouw C) vormt het centrale gebouw. Het zal naast ontmoetingsruimte met koffiebar en bib, ook een fabLab, een atelier voor autotechnologie, een studieruimte en leslokalen huisvesten. Het voorwerp van de opdracht wordt nader omschreven in onderdeel III (artikel III.1 algemene kadering van de opdracht) van dit bestek.
