Die GB infraSignal GmbH betreut für das Stadtgebiet des Landes Berlin die rund 2100 Lichtsignalanlagen (Ampeln) und die zugehörige Infrastruktur. Sie übernimmt die Planung und den Bau neuer Lichtsignalanlagen, sowie den Umbau und die Modernisierung der Lichtsignalanlagen. Darüber hinaus übernimmt sie auch die Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsleistungen für die Anlagen.

Gegenstand der hiesigen Beschaffung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags mit jeweils mehreren Dienstleistern je Los. Die ersten 5 Lose enthalten Bauleistungen, 2 weitere Lose enthalten Planungsleistungen und die zwei übrigen Lose beziehen sich auf Liefer- bzw. Dienstleistungen.
