Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Errichtung einer autarken allgemeinen Ersatzversorgung (EV), die bei Ausfall der Allgemeinversorgung (AV) des Versorgungsnetzbetreibers e.dis (VNB) die reguläre Stromversorgung der FBB übernehmen soll. Diese Maßnahme stellt eine Redundanz der Allgemeinversorgung dar und wird zusätzlich zur vorhandenen Sicherheitsversorgung (SV) installiert. Die FBB hat daher entschieden, eine vollredundante Ersatzversorgung für den Ausfall der Allgemeinversorgung in Form von Diesel-Ersatzstromtechnik mit einer installierten elektrischen Leistung von 12 MW bzw. 15 MVA zu errichten.
Gegenstand der geplanten Ausschreibung ist die Planung und Errichtung dieser Netzersatztechnik (EV-NEA genannt) einschließlich der notwendigen Hilfseinrichtungen, Gebäude, Zubehöre, Einfriedungen, Schutz- sowie Leit- und Sicherheitstechnik.
