Der Markt Marktrodach plant die Sanierung seines Freibades. Das Freibad „Rodach Beach“ Marktrodach besteht aus einem Mehrzweckbecken mit Wellenrutsche, einem Kinder-Planschbecken und einem Kiosk mit Terrasse sowie einem Umkleide- und Technikgebäude. Das Freibad ist seit vielen Jahren ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Familien, Sportbegeisterte und Erholungssuchende in Marktrodach und der Region.
Um den heutigen Anforderungen an Sicherheit, Komfort und Nachhaltigkeit gerecht zu werden, plant der Markt Marktrodach eine umfassende Sanierung des Badeareals. Es liegt eine Machbarkeitsstudie zur Prüfung der Umsetzbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit vor. Die Gesamtkosten zur Sanierung des Freibades werden vorläufig auf ca. 3,8 Mio. € brutto geschätzt.
Das Bauvorhaben wird voraussichtlich mit öffentlichen Mitteln nach SPSF gefördert. Eine Beschreibung im Detail kann den Vergabeunterlagen-Anlage 01 entnommen werden.
