Deze concessie omvat het organiseren van het “Wereldkampioenschap Cyclocross 2027”, dat plaatsvindt op zaterdag 30 en zondag 31 januari 2027. Het WK Cyclocross 2027 zal hoofdzakelijk op volgende locaties plaatsvinden: ACEG Wellington Hippodroom (Site Wellington Hippodroom Koningin Astridlaan 10 - 8400 Oostende) Groot Strand & Sportstrand Oostende. De geïnteresseerde ondernemingen kunnen, overeenkomstig de bepalingen in dit bestek, een offerte bij de Concessiegever indienen.

Zoals hierna nader wordt toegelicht, moet de offerte voldoen aan de eisen van de UCI (Internationale Wielerunie), Belgian Cycling, Eventor BV (uitbater van de ACEG Wellington Hippodroom) en de Concessiegever.
