Der Auftraggeber, das Deutsche Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR), beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß §§ 33 ff. HOAI zur Sanierung des Daches von Gebäude 5 (Kantinen‑ und Besprechungsgebäude) am Standort Ulm. Ziel ist die vollständige Erneuerung der Dachabdichtung einschließlich relevanter Aufbauten und Installationen nach aktuellem Stand der Technik, um eine betriebssichere Nutzung für mindestens 30 Jahre sicherzustellen.
Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen zu beauftragen: Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume, Lph. 3 und 5-9 gemäß §§ 33 ff. HOAI. Zunächst wird in der Beauftragungsstufe 1a die Leistungsphase 3 (Entwurfsplanung) gemäß § 34 HOAI, bzw. gem.
Anlage des Vertrags beauftragt. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht. Weitere Informationen zur geplanten Maßnahme sind den Ausschreibungsunterlagen "Vergabeunterlage G - Plan-und Informationsunterlagen" zu entnehmen.
