De opdracht omvat twee onderdelen: 1/ Levering, configuratie en inbedrijfstelling van digitale archief opslagsystemen ter vervanging van de bestaande LTO tape libraries. Het betreft een betrouwbare opslag met een hoge capaciteit en een voordelige totale kostprijs. Ogenblikkelijke toegang tot de gegevens is geen vereiste.
Indien het een oplossing betreft die in de datacenters van meemoo wordt geïnstalleerd dan moet ook de installatie en het hardware onderhoud mee aangeboden worden. 2/Migratie van de data en/of tape cartridges van de huidige libraries naar het nieuwe opslagsysteem binnen de bestaande beperkingen van tijd en ruimte.
