Afin de pallier les risques liés à l’indisponibilité d’équipes qualifiées, la mise en place d’un système de qualification nous permettra d’assurer l’exécution des travaux de raccordement gaz et électricité ainsi que les transferts gaz, et ce dans les 19 communes de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, et ce sur la base de « l’ordonnance du 19 juillet 2001 relative à l’organisation du marché de l’électricité en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale ». Les activités seront exécutées de manière géographiquement groupée sur le territoire de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale. Vu le nombre de projets actuellement planifiés, nous souhaitons lancer un système de qualification ouvert ayant une durée de qualification de 5 ans.
À l’issue de cette période, chaque entrepreneur devra renouveler son dossier de qualification.
