Constituye el objeto del presente pliego regular las condiciones técnicas que regirán la contratación del servicio de montaje y desmontaje de una pista de hielo, así como el material auxiliar y la gestión integral de funcionamiento durante el periodo navideño, comprendiendo dicho servicio las labores de transporte, carga, descarga, instalación (montaje y desmontaje), así como todos aquellos elementos o útiles de servicio contemplados en los pliegos de prescripciones técnicas, para las temporadas navideñas 2026/2027 y 2027/2028.
