Wonen in Vlaanderen communiceert over haar dienstverlening naar professionele doelgroepen en naar de burger. Deze communicatie moet helder en laagdrempelig zijn, of het nu gaat over beleidsmaatregelen of over concrete dienstverlening zoals premies, woningkwaliteit, … Daarom zetten wij in op Heerlijk Helder. In ons traject Heerlijk Helder willen we nu inzetten op: Het herwerken van bestaand tekstmateriaal, zoals bijvoorbeeld standaardbrieven, standaardmails, brochures, … Bij deze herwerkingen willen we ook gebruikerstesten met de doelgroep organiseren.

We bepalen in onderling overleg bij welke herwerkingen we hierop inzetten.
