Renovatie en restauratie met beperkte uitbreiding van de bestaande gebouwen AS-A-B-C en aanpalende terreinaanleg binnen de grotere gebouwcluster van de stadscampus van de Universiteit Antwerpen. De gebouwen zullen onder meer ingezet worden voor de masteropleiding Productontwikkeling van de Universiteit Antwerpen.
