Il s’agit d’un marché de fournitures passé par voie de dialogue compétitif relatif à l’acquisition, l’implémentation et la maintenance d’une solution logicielle parfaitement intégrée de la gestion de la tarification et de la facturation des prestations de soins (ci-après dénommée TARFAC) ainsi que la gestion administrative du patient, en ce compris le processus d’admission, de transfert et de sortie des patients ambulatoires et hospitalisés (ci-après dénommé ADT) (Admission-discharge-transfer system), lequel faisant partie du HIS (Hospital Information System).
