Yuverta wenst een integrale arbodienstverlening in te kopen die ondersteunt bij amplitie, vroeg-signalering, preventie, verzuimbegeleiding en medische advisering. De dienstverlening is gericht op het coachen en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden, het borgen van wettelijke verplichtingen en het bevorderen van het wel-zijn en de veerkracht van onze collega’s. In de gewenste situatie sluit de arbodienstverlening logisch aan op het bestaande werkproces, waarbij Yuverta de regie voert en processen worden ondersteund door duidelijke kaders, tijdige signalering en gestandaardiseerde werkwijzen.
De maximale waarde is € 900.000,- exclusief btw per jaar (oftewel € 6.300.000,- exclusief btw voor de gehele looptijd van zeven jaar (3 + 2 + 2)).
