De Opdracht omvat dienstverlening op het gebied van Schuldhulpverlening voor medewerkers van de Politie. Tot de scope van de Opdracht behoren specifiek de volgende onderdelen:

- Problematische schulden; schulden die niet binnen 18 maanden zelfstandig kunnen worden opgelost.
